Sosialisasi dan Simulasi K3 untuk Menciptakan Sekolah Sehat dan Aman di SMAN 1 Malingping

Sekolah merupakan lingkungan yang seharusnya aman dan nyaman bagi seluruh warganya. Namun, potensi bahaya seperti kebakaran, kecelakaan di laboratorium, dan kurangnya pemahaman pertolongan pertama masih sering diabaikan. Penelitian ini merupakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan siswa SMAN 1 Malingping mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Jenis pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research dengan metode kombinasi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktis penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri, Alat Pemadam Api Ringan, dan Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMAN 1 Malingping dengan sampel 30 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi lembar observasi terstruktur, Focus Group Discussion, dan lembar evaluasi diri, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta mampu mendemonstrasikan prosedur penggunaan APAR dengan benar setelah pelatihan. Seluruh peserta juga berhasil mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di lingkungan sekolah dan mempraktikkan langkah-langkah P3K dengan tepat. Kesimpulannya, metode kombinasi penyuluhan dan simulasi praktis terbukti sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran siswa terhadap K3, serta mendorong pembentukan budaya keselamatan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.
